  • The mass market condos which are located in the suburbs,
  • the mid-market condos which are available at the rate start from $800psf,
  • the high-end condos or luxury condos which are located in prestigious districts,

Mass market condo:

The mass market condo is located in the suburbs places. the famous suburbs places in Singapore includes Bishan, Choa Chu Kang, Jurong, and Tampines. The rate of mass market condos is generally starting from $600 pdf which gives you at least all needed minimum features and basic facilities.

Some of the examples of the facilities given by the mass market condo are are swimming pools, Jacuzzi, gymnasium, BBQ areas, car park, and 24-hours security.

Mid-market condo:

The mid-market condo is located on the fringe of the prime districts. Some of the areas of the prime district in the Singapore includes the areas like Upper Bukit Timah, Newton, East Coast, and Novena.

The difference between the mass market condos with mid-market condos is, the mid-market condos will provide more additional features compared to the mass market condos such as tennis and squash courts, sauna, fitness corner, function room, and basement carpark.

High-end condos:

The high-end condos are located in the main heart places of prime cities and its rate starts from $1000 psf,based on the exclusive features and facilities given by the condo. Mostly the high-end condos feature facilities more than the mid-market condos such as sky gym, concierge service, private lifts, and even a marina to dock your yacht.
